I have about 12 lbs to lose (already lost 18!) and am getting really tired of eating the same thing all of the time (mostly bc i know the calorie count in all of my regular foods by heart now)
So today I ate some of an avocado with my turkey sandwich and it was totally delicious. I know avocados are high in cals and fat, but it’s the good kind of fat. So I just want to know how much so I know what kind of portion to have.
